- Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping across India on all orders.
- Free Cash on Delivery: Free COD is available across India.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Delivery: 3-7 business days
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or courier delays.
4. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 Days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@heerayaculture.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Out-of-stock restock before we ship
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we restock it in 24 to 48 hours and deliver it within 7 to 10 days. If we cannot restock it, Heeraya Culture will contact you within 12 hours and refund you instantly. The parcel is not booked until the piece is ready.
